Candida albicans

Candida vulvovaginitis in pregnancy occurs more frequently than in non-pregnant. The growth of these microorganisms contributes to high levels of estrogen. The probability of infection increases with increasing gestational age. In the III trimester of Candida albicans from the show 55% of pregnant women, with most of them, the infection manifests itself clinically.
